Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping within the United States. You may purchase express shipping for an additional fee. International shipping is free for orders above $500 and a $25 flat fee for orders less than $500. We ship to over 120 countries around the world.
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes an estimated 3-7 business days. We also offer express 2-day shipping at checkout for domestic orders. International shipping takes an estimated 7-18 business days.
Return & Exchange
E-commerce orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at customercare@atoistudio.com. We accept returns on our garments within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all tags attached.
Custom orders
Given the one-of-a-kind nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns on pieces that have been modified or tailored to your specific measurements. We hope that you understand our reasoning: No two bodies are exactly the same, and once fine fabrics like those we use at à toi have been altered, it is difficult or impossible to reshape them once again without compromising the integrity and beauty of the piece.
Refund
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
